2. Order and Payment

  • Orders are accepted via website, phone, or messaging apps.
  • Payment is available online or in cash upon delivery.
  • An order is considered confirmed after payment is received.

3. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery is made to the address provided at the agreed time.
  • If the recipient is not present, the order may be left with third parties (concierge, neighbor, etc.) with customer consent.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Return and Replacement

  • Returns or replacements are accepted in case of defective, spoiled food, or order mismatch.
  • Claims must be made within 3 hours of delivery.
  • A photo of the delivered items is required to process a return.

5. Data Privacy

  • Customer data is used solely for order processing and delivery and is not shared with third parties without consent.

6. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).
